Short answer
Pick your frameworks, headcount, audit, pen test, expert and questionnaire needs. The calculator shows, for each vendor, which published plan tier fits and whether that tier has a published price. Only Secureframe publishes a number (Fundamentals, starting at $7,500/year); everything else shows QUOTE REQUIRED, because we do not estimate unpublished prices.
Plan fit uses only the limits and inclusions printed on each vendor's pricing page, read 2026-09-29. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the calculator says so. The lower panel lets you re-weight our six price clarity criteria and re-rank the vendors.

Questions buyers ask
Why does the calculator not show a total cost?
Because six of the seven vendors publish no price, and we do not estimate unpublished prices. The one figure shown is Secureframe's published starting price for Fundamentals.
How is plan fit decided?
Only from limits and inclusions printed on each vendor's pricing page: framework counts, Drata's 50 FTE cap, questionnaire allowances and listed services. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the result says No plan published.
What do the weight sliders change?
They change how much each of our six price clarity criteria counts in the ranking. The criterion scores themselves stay as published on the method page.
Does this include the auditor's fee?
No vendor in our census publishes an audit fee. If you need the audit arranged through the vendor, the notes say how each vendor describes its audit path.
